This modified Google Camera app known as the Pixel Camera offers features such as HDR+, portrait mode, motion photos, panorama, lens blur, 60fps video recording, slow-motion capture, and more. While Google Camera is not universally compatible with all devices due to its original design constraints, developers strive to make it work across a wide range of smartphones.

When installing and using GCam:

<li>Install GCam by following the APK installation guide provided.</li>

It is important to note that GCam may not function correctly on all devices due to compatibility reasons. The application requires phones with an enabled camera2 API and is predominantly compatible with modern Snapdragon SoCs. Some versions may work on select Exynos, Kirin, and Mediatek phones with certain limitations. Moreover, recent APKs might not be supported on older Android versions. GCam also requires GApps or a substitute like microG for proper operation on Android devices.
